Awful experience with the "photo department" if you can call it that. Unprofessional, unhelpful in every way and down right rude. I walked out after being in there for 25 minutes trying to pick up my online photo order. Furthermore, my Christmas cards I ordered were just sitting in a heap on the counter in a very unorganized pile. When I opened the box I realized the quality was so poor. My experience was a pleasure. I went in for a flu shot. They asked for my name, and date of birth which I provided. From that information they printed out the paperwork I needed to sign. I waited in the customer sitting area and within 10 minutes I the pharmacist came out with all she needed to give me a shot. I have Medicare so I walked out without paying a dime for the shot and a receipt for a 20% off my next purchase just for getting my flu shot there. Sure beats making an appointment with a Doctor. Quick and painless.
The pharmacy at this CVS should be avoided at all costs. Absolutely NO consumer orientation!
This CVS IS A NIGHTMARE !!! I got a text at 11:20am that my prescription was ready, so almost 2hrs later I go and it's NOT READY. This is a common thing at CVS also not having medication in stock
