Today (10/21/25), Joyce, an employee of CVS here, delivered a very good customer service. I came to CVS to ask for a change of the medicine cap of the bottle of my prescription since a previous customer representative made a lousy mistake by jamming all my 180 tablets of 500 mg of extended Metformin in a very tight bottle with a very difficult to open cap. She repacked the 180 tablets 2 bottles & also provided me with some extra empty bottles for me to repack my other medications. She proved to be caring & efficient!
