I use to be A happy customer, till it got way over the heads , when other drug stores in our area shut down and they took there customers,,there not people to work the pharmacy ,, and there always different people that is working ,, its like no consistency, they hardly have your Medicane ready , and my are suppose to on there ready refill,,thats a joke !! I been there and called on my medicine and been the three time over my medicane and she only give three and been without it for four days,,what is that. ,,i cry each to tim... read more
The person at the drive thru is extremely rude every time we go. Today she keyed in the wrong insurance info and told us to come back later she couldn’t fix it now. This cvs use to be a good place, but past few years it has really gone down. I guess we will have to find somewhere else to go. CVS needs better customer service!!!!
long wait time at minute clinic, 4-5 hours
Get more knowledgeable employees and enough employees to cover the need! I have now been ON HOLD for 17 minutes!! This is ridiculous. The last 3 times I have been to pick up prescriptions that I was told was ready...were not ready! I had to come back for them!
Slow ... my son has Scarlett fever and I’ve been waiting over 6 hours for a prescription to be filled . I called after 4 hours and they said they were working on it ! To top it all off, the only had half of what the Dr. Ordered in their system , and because it’s now 8pm we have to wait until tomorrow to fill the rest !
Waited forever in drive-thru- still didn’t get prescription!!! Same thing happened last week!
Strep throat on a Saturday isn't how I planned my weekend, but NP, Tyeasha at the Burlington CVS made the experience fast, professional and thorough. I was Walking out with Rx in hand in less than an hour! Thank you Tyeasha!!!
