Very unprofessional manager. Blamed the ONLINE CVS when my photo prints were not printed after I received an email that they were ready two hours prior. She acted like she didn't manage a store with the same name as the website. She flat out told me the "online people" send out those emails and she cannot help me. Is there really such a disconnect? Very upset I wasted my time and energy. This manger needs to learn customer service skills. She does NOT know how to appease a customer. Instead I felt disrespected.
