Your phone system is terrible! Hang ups, says having trouble connecting, the scheduling system is not user friendly at all. Can't talk to a real live person at my convenience but they will call me at their convenience. Customer service needs some work ..........
We visited the CVS store in Sioux Falls SD to get prescriptions refilled . Our pharmacy where our prescriptions reside is in Florida and the staff quickly assisted us. They were pleasant and very helpful. Prescriptions were ready in 15 minutes. Definitely a great service.
