Always too busy to help, always having issues with my prescriptions, last month unable to fill at all because the previous month they entered my refill as a 90day and not a 30day. I explained what happened and received a callback that if I wanted a 90day I needed to call my doctor. They clearly were too busy to even really understand what I was saying. CVS PHARMACY at 1021 S. Highland PL, Sioux Falls, SD gives top notch costumer service. Andrea is always friendly and gives great service.
No issues with the pharmacists when they’re there, but twice in a week now I’ve come for two different prescriptions and the pharmacy has been closed during hours it should be open. The first time a sign said it was a staffing issue, and the second time it just said, sorry we are closed. I had received a text that a prescription was ready two hours before I came, and arrived three hours before it should close.
