Only once have I been unhappy with a pharmacist. I only saw her once and I am glad she hasn’t been back. She was rude and unhelpful. She must have been filling in and not used to working in a busy place. She was very short with people.
Amy and Raquel at the MinuteClinic were stellar and did an amazing job. They made my appointment as quick and painless as possible and demonstrated a very high level of care and compassion. Thank you, both!
The front store is good. The pharmacy, on the other hand, is not good because Covid 19 yearly shots are a money scam.
We have gotten to a point in time where people in customer service are so wildly incompetent, its easier to become loyal to another business than deal with a pharmacy technician than insists your prescription doesnt exist. I stopped wondering a long time ago why CVS as a business model barely stays afloat.
