RecommendedNot one employee in that store has any sense of urgency in doing their job. They are so overly polite it is poor training and wastes way too much time. I wish they’d button their lips and focus on register speed. I dread shopping there.
My co-pay was screwed up for medication, the lady told me I owed $40 when in fact I owed $8. She resubmitted to my insurance, corrected the error and told me she couldn't finish the transaction. She told me only the pharmacist could take my money and the pharmacist wouldn't be back in 30 minutes. So the bottom line is, I had to wait 30 minutes to keep from paying an additional $32 for my prescription ...
