Disrespectful employees especially the one working last night at the middle town cvs in Frederick
Pharmacy tech Janice was incredibly rude!! I told her that I received 3 texts that my medication was ready. I am self quarantined and drove to pick up my medication with my partner. She told me that there were no medications for me and there was a glitch with text message system She made no attempt to rectify or look into the situation.
