This location is far from great. I am frequently having to message about my refills to get filled, and the pharmacist with the long beard has a nasty attitude. Never takes accountability and blames things on the system/insurance. Something as simple as updating my insurance should not take 20 minutes to then be told “idk why it did that, it had it in the system” …. Then to put in my new last name completely incorrect. The workers won’t even acknowledge you when you arrive. They wait until you’re obviously frustrated or until you say something first. I had to come in three separate times because they kept saying they ordered what I needed and even sent me messages saying it had arrived, but every time I got there, it was still out of stock. Raju, the pharmacist, never seems to know what’s going on.
Excellent service and nice pharmacists.
