CVS Airport Road, Punta Gorda - There are many kind, helpful people working at CVS. Employees know exactly where to locate anything you may be shopping for and are friendly and helpful. The Store Manager, Joe, is a great manager! I had an issue with Pharmacy and Joe handled the issue quickly and most appropriately. (The Pharmacy Team is a wonderful group, but extremely busy and most probably overwhelmed. Another person is needed at drive-through.)

The people there are so nice and try to help out the best they can. Even if a coupon doesn’t work they try to figure out why it won’t go through before giving it back as a last resort. Since the first time I went there, to now it’s gotten so much better and I believe it’s going to continue to be the best.

I had an issue with something I purchased and the manager was extremely helpful and courteous and rectified the problem right away. It was not the pharmacy dept just the store.
Just had a script filled for our 8 yr old daughter. They didn't even mix the antibiotic. Now I have to drive back. I hope I don't have to deal with the same person, she needs to find a job she likes because it is CLEAR she doesn't appreciate the one she has!
No longer open 24 hours. There is not a single pharmacy in Charlotte County open late anymore.
Just had a incident with one of their cashiers. Their computers were down. I've been going to them for 9 years and even the manager said they've been having issues all day with computers. Well then shut store down and get issue fixed. They just lost my business.
