RecommendedI have a prescription that they have filled .I have call twice over the past couple of days. Today at 2:00pm they have called,three times. Some one is not listening when you give them a message.

horrible. absolutely horrible. what happened to good customer service and good help with your prescription? these days its like cvs picks them off the street and puts them in the spot and doesn't teach then to respect the customer. i will be calling coorperate about the amount of disrespect i suffered. plus my needs her medicine and they keep screwing everything up on hers and my sons. this pharmacy needs the pharmacist fired and removed from having a license to do this as well as some of the pharm techs. disgusting what hap... read more
Great Customer Service.
Every month I bring my prescriptions and they always seem to forget to run my insurance and then whenever I get to the register to check out they have to go back and reread it again so I have to wait again I bring in coupons to help with the price of the medicines and they never know how to run the coupons and so for me I hate CVS
CVS is the worst. I waited over an hour for my prescription. First they said they only had partial so I waited. Then after going back and fourth for about an hour they said it wasn't in stock. Made me wait and waste my time over an hour for nothing. Ridiculous so I obviously went somewhere else.
Worst service EVER! Dropped off scripts after my husband had surgery and they didn't have everything filled because somehow they missed 3 of the meds. ??? After going back they still overlooked filling a medication. Ridiculous!
