We have had multiple scripts be “out of stock” for days. Recently one was sent in from Urgent Care about 7:30pm and when we went in at after 4:30 pm( from not receiving a call) the next day it was not ready!!! Poor excuse, if you couldn’t handle the extra customers then maybe don’t buy out a pharmacy that actually can get the job done.
Worst pharmacy ever. They never have things ready. Even if you call ahead 24 hours. You will still wait 30-40 mins.
Worst pharmacy ever!!! Scrips got dropped off hours ago. Got the call they were ready and of course had to wait another 20 min!!!!!
RecommendedI love this store—but they need more help like yesterday. I saw pharmacist standing eating his lunch/dinner- this is inexcusable— CVS — hire some help
THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY THAT IF I GO IN THERE AND MY DAUGHTER IS WORKING SHE CAN NOT RING ME UP SHE HAS TO CALL SOME ONE ELSE TO RING ME OUT BUT I GET A DISCOUNT AND AM HER MOTHER AND SHE IS THE BEST ONE THERE
Last week I waited at the window over ten min just to end up driving off because no one would check it. Today I showed up 2 1/2 hours after my Dr called in a script and the girl was like "well, now its in our system, you wanna wait?" I asked how many hours and she just shrugged her shoulders. I went to stultz and it was filled in 30 min. Goodbye CVS. Forever!!!
The pharmacy wait is ridiculous!! My son's script was called in before 12pm today I come at 3pm and its not even been looked at. I'm told to wait 15 mins and it will be ready. I give them 30 and come back and still have to wait bc it hasn't been filled. This isn't the first time either!!! Hire help if you need IT!!!
