Watch out for broken checkout machine and rude manager who does not help customers
CVS gave me my prescription in an unlabeled, unmarked container. When I call their attention to this error, they fixed the problem... but did not apologize... just said it wasn't a problem. But if I hadn't noticed the problem I'd have a bottle of unlabeled medicine, with no instructions on it.
I have had mixed experiences at CVS Pharmacy. The Minute Clinic is incredibly convenient, easy to access, and the staff does a great job. However, I have found the pharmacy to be lacking in efficiency. The staff can come across as rude and unprofessional, which can be frustrating. Despite this downside, I appreciate the convenience of the Minute Clinic and the overall convenience of CVS Pharmacy.
