You really need to hire some help. The people are nice but the wait is way too long!
If you need to talk to someone in the pharmacy, GOOD LUCK!! They don't answer the phone. Sitting there waiting for 45 min to get a rx, after being on hold for over an hour with no one answering, they never once picked up a phone. Is it possible to give them negative stars since this is not the first time it happened?
you people need to learn how to answer a phone. 20 minutes later and still have yet to speak to anyone. I'll have my script sent someplace else.
I wish I could give you zero stars. My doctor sent my prescription to you and was told you couldn't fill it I need to call around town to find a pharmacy that could. Then you wouldn't call that pharmacy to transfer my prescription, they had to call you. As the new pharmacy tried to call you you wouldn't answer the damn phone. Something that should've taken 10 minutes ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. The absolute worst service. I will never use you and recommend no one else use you either
