IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW THAT'S WHAT IT WOULD BE. This review is for 72nd st CVS. Since CVS took over Rite Aid Sept 4th I have been there ELEVEN times to get my daughters seizure meds. I have been giving 3 partial refills. Monday I transferred the prescriptions to Tacoma General pharmacy. Today I received a message that her prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and the employee tells me they cant bill the insurance because CVS billed for the whole 120 tablets on the last partial refill. She tells me Insur... read more
The customer service person in the pharmacy was very rude and dismissive to several of us customers. They don't have their pharmacy working right. They are short on meds,make you come back several times during the week to pick up and still no medicine available. Very sad service. I will never go to the pharmacy again or even buy from CVS.
The pharmacy profession cannot be replaced by AI and automation fast enough. 2 hours to fill a prescription, plus another hour for them to find it after they lose it.
