My family and I have never had such a difficult time trying to pick up our prescriptions. My mom and grandpa both have been getting their prescriptions from here for a long time. Now that is has switched to CVS, the prescriptions are screwed up every single time. They are constantly calling saying that things are ready for pick up so we go down there to pick them up and they don’t have them. Seems like almost every month now my medication is out of stock. I understand that this happens, but I will call a day before and ask if my medication is good to be filled the next day and they will tell me yes. The next day comes and I will get a message through the app saying they are working on my prescription. Sometime will pass, then it will switch to out of stock even though I’ve called and messaged multiple times to ensure it would be ready. Be aware, they will contact Google and delete your negative review. Negative 5 stars if I could. The most laziest and incompetent people on the planet. The “new and improved” self check out is a waste of time. The pharmacy tech would rather have a conversation with a “customer” about out of stock shoes on Amazon while multiple people are waiting in line, trying to get their meds. Lines are still extremely long, and the wait time is unreal.
