This has got to be the worst most dysfunctional pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is very rude and it takes me over 20 minutes to get my medication every time I come here even though my prescription is ready each time. Today the pharmacist came over to help me but stopped and went to help 7 other people before me. I am just sitting here now waiting. Getting prescriptions filled and using the automated system has become increasing stressful. It doesn’t know my name in the system & I don’t get calls/messages about prescription updates. Before two months ago this wasn’t an issue in over 3 years. I will be looking to change pharmacies.
The pharmacist and staff here are always so helpful and quick with filling medications. Definitely recommend.
