Ever since the installation of the self checkin station customer service has gone downhill. Use to love talking to the pharmacist and being to ask questions. Not anymore. Here is your script pay your money and go on your way. Will be shifting my pharmacy

In a world where there is not enough kindness and compliments, I would like to give a "shout out" to the two woman pharmacists that work during the week! They are AMAZING! My daughter was diagnosed with T1D less than a year ago and they have been knowledgeable, patient, diligent, caring, and compassionate. I am so appreciative if this level of care and customer service. Thank you!
This cvs is the worse cvs I’ve ever been to. I had a vaccine appt for my mother and myself. My 76 yr old handicapped mother with Alzheimer’s and I waited in line for 30 min, when finally our turn the pharmacist asked if we were “picking up” I said “no, we have a 12:30 PM appointment to get our vaccines”, she immediately just took the person behind us.
