I agree that This store in Colchester CT is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had the unfortunate experience of encountering...If I could give it a review on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a minus 1000... I had changed to the Hebron CVS a few years ago-after finally having had it with this one in Colchester. In 3 attempts to get a flu shot and now shingles vaccination, every time all I get is we’re out and we don’t know when we’ll get more. Doesn’t seem like any way to run a business. I can understand running out, but not knowing when you’re going to get it? Doesn’t sound like the biggest national pharmacy has a very dependable supply chain. Maybe you’re good at something else?

Minute clinic is fabulous they are so kind and make you feel a little better even though your so sick....
Beyond the worst customer service I have ever experience. Disorganized, rude & clueless. 6 people behind the counter and not one can even acknowledge you. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after one bad experience, but after 3 .... I'm all set.
Why is this a constant problem with CVS! I wish people would stop hopping at these places that clearly couldn't care less about their customers!
The most incompetent and slow cvs franchise in America and I've been to many. This town is so anti business it gives you a glimpse into the hell known as socialized medicine without single payer.
