Your Pharmacists Incompetence is Astounding. You fill prescriptions that I clearly state that I do not need any more yet the ones that I need desperately are never filled on time or I have to make several calls back-and-forth to the doctor and the pharmacy myself before they "Find" my order. You have a drive-through for convenience yet every time I use it I have to go into the parking lot and wait for them to fill my order because it is Never Ready. Norwich should have another CVS! The waits are too long. It's not all the staff's fault. The demand is too high for a single store.
Always a long line at the pharmacy inside - yet they keep that drive through window open.
