I can’t believe I waited over 30minutes in the pharmacy drive thru to get my medication. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and yet it took over 10 minutes to service each person. Ordering online and get still having to wait an excessive amount of time is absurd. Not to mention there is a curb which doesn’t allow you to leave if you need to. So ridiculous
The wait time at the pharmacy is excessively long due to the technicians' failure to run the insurance properly, necessitating re-entry of my information. As a result, the pharmacist cannot check my medication at the moment, forcing me to make another trip back despite previously waiting in the drive-through for an hour. This situation highlights their inefficiency and lack of regard for customer time.
