tried to call the pharmacy with questions about a prescription, waited on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes and NO ONE answered the phone. I even called the store from another phone and asked an associate to go to the pharmacy and ask them to answer the phone, but I guess he didnt do it cause no one answered
Repair your checkout machines and stop double charging.
Employees of the pharmacy department need to be courteous of their patrons. Very rude employees. CVS needs to send them to Chick-fil-A courtesy training. They need to learn how to speak to their customers.
Got a free flu shot and a coupon for $5 of $25 purchase. They were super nice and not a long wait at all :) I love this CVS because it's not only close and convenient, but they are always friendly (even when I have my crazy kiddos with me...)
Absolutely LOVE CVS!!! The employees are so nice and friendly!! They're always willing to help me find items! They don't complain about all of my coupons either like some other stores!!!
