CVS in Target in Waukegan has excellent service. The pharmacist and other staff are professional and polite!
Incompetent & rude lab technician.
Two seperate occasions two seperate medications both out of stock with promise to be delivered the following day. One medication was in fact discontinued by manufacturer I wasn’t notified so that I could request and alternative from the doctor. The 2 nd time I show up an ex isn’t ready. I’m not sure why a zpak isn’t priority upon delivery when the pharmacy knows the patient need it yesterday. Disorganized, 0 communication, lack of empathy for sick patients is the last straw.
