I was a customer when it was target pharmacy. The hours of operation are less than before. The wait time in line has increased. Seems to be a big turnover in employees and pharmacists. The phone system is improving, just don't expect a super quick response. On the bright side the new method of moving people thru the line is better. The front line people are friendly and seem to genuinely care. It is improving from when CVS first took over.
Line was very long but they were getting people in and out of there in a timely manner with good service.
Delightful people willing to go above and beyond at the pharmacy counter.
Just go to a different pharmacy. They make so many mistakes. They could never get my Workmen’s Comp. insurance right. They gave me the wrong meds once. I switched over to the Safeway pharmacy and they were able to get everything correct immediately.
