It's difficult to overstate how smooth and positive my experience in filling prescriptions through this pharmacy has been. The cleanliness, efficiency and level of care displayed by team members is well beyond what I've come to expect at other pharmacies. Without a doubt this pharmacy is industry leading in their level of customer service and satisfaction.
I’d love to give a HUUUUGEEEEE shoutout to Tiffany, the new wonderful addition to the CVS pharmacy in the west 11th Target, for being the most wonderful pharmacist I’ve ever had the pleasure of being helped by. My spouse had gone into the ER this morning and needed meds refilled and insurance was HORRIBLY unhelpful. too many prescriptions 'not covered" at CVS.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Most of the staff is rude. I've been shorted pills. With my last pick up of meds a bottle had no label. I have an upcoming trip across the country and flights require you put your meds in their labeled bottles! Their computer system is always messing things up with the accounts, saying there's no refills when there are and after having the Dr sending in more they will still say they don't have it and then after having to argue with rude staff they will finally "look" for it in the computer s... read more
