New to Eugene and new to CVS in Eugene. Staff is very nice, but they aren’t accommodating for people with disabilities. There’s nowhere to sit down while you’re waiting, they’re late filling prescriptions, and they’re late getting started in the morning, leaving people to wait in line Instead of being prepared when they open. First time using CVS and not by choice. Terrible wait time. I will be transferring my prescriptions immediately. Way understaffed
Service sucks. 1:15pm only one working at the counter while full staff working in the back. CVS isn't interested in quality service. Long line waiting....
They ask me a lot of personal questions but it's was good
Good staff, but they are perpetually understaffed. Their only app is horrific and is required for basic features. Twice I've gone during normal hours to find them closed because they lacked sufficient staff to open. Corporate is terrible to work with and does not seem to care about issues. I Only use this pharmacy because my RX insurance requires it (Also CVS).
