Worst customer service ever. I had to pay an extra $20 for my already expensive medication because THEY didn't have enough to fill the original and gave me a partial fill. Because I have no insurance and use an Rx savings card, they say they can only use it for the original fill. They refused to care at all that we are all struggling and didn't make it right..
Their automated phone system is so broken, it couldn’t even tell me the pharmacy hours.
First time ever having a very rude person ring me up at Target Keizer Pharmacy named Monica. What would have taken maybe 4 seconds to ring in 2 items with my prescription pick up, I was told by Monica, that she was too busy and I had to take it to the front cashiers. There was one person in line. Someone give this girl MONICA a customer service class.
The young lady who administered my vaccinations was calm, confident, and expert on her craft. Absolutely painless and stress free experience. I waited four minutes for my injections. This eas well worth the 15 mile drive from Silverton..
Went in to fill my RX, waited almost 2 hours was told to go to a different location because I was rude, my heart medication are you serious ! I was very polite ! I’m a pastor for goodness sake’s! Transferred all prescriptions out of that place, called corporate, they laughed don’t walk, run away ❤️
