So much for patient care...I will never go to a minute clinic at CVS again...their clinic said open til 7:30 pm and we walked in at 7:25 so I could get a strep test done and the "DR." was literally shutting her clinic door and flipping the sign over to say closed and when I asked if she could stay open long enough to just take a swab...she literally told me that "she knows it's just a swab for me but that it would take her another 20 min to process and that the computer system has already shut down for the day." Not sure if anyone else has had this problem: I pick up multiple prescriptions, get home, and find that I am missing one. The pharmacy says they gave it to me, and insurance won't pay again. This has happened to me twice -- both times with the same medication. The first time it happened, the technician didn't have me sign for it (I asked him if I needed to sign, and he said no). The second time, I signed, but I didn't check in the car to be sure that I had all of the medicines. If you're having the same problem, please post ... read more
