very unprofessional and rude. nothing is done in a timely manner. I called earlier to transfer my script to rite in lumberton being as my dr messed up & their office is closed. I was on the phone for over an hour and no one picked up. I literally drove to this store location while waiting on the phone for someone to pick up. made it to the store still on the phone . RecommendedHave a back up plan for when your computers go down as they did when I was there it was a long time waiting.
Just waited 53 minutes for a flu shot. I was the only customer in pharmacy, six staffers were behind the pharmacy counter, two were pharmacists. All telling personal stories filling orders from overnight and or fixated on smartphones while I waited. I’m in long term out of state status, they couldn’t figure out how to bill out of state for BCBS, said NJ system says bill other state and that CVs system said Bill in NJ. So had to pay cash or wait until I get home end of year. Think I’ll switch for all my other needs.
Love it cuz i save tons with coupons. I use them altogether....
