Slowest drive through ever

I was in the drive through at 1:25, watched while the car ahead took 5 min (waiting for a pharmacist to take their signed receipt), I pulled up to the window at 1:30 only for them to slap a sign in my face, covering the window and have someone tell me "sorry, we take our lunch at 1:30" . When I asked why they had me wait in line instead of informing me, she said "I understand, there's nothing I can do, registers are closed".
