It’s next to impossible to call in a script to be refilled. The answering guy gets cut off all the time then connects you to pharmacy and they don’t pick up the phone after 25 minutes . This happens to me all the time . I’m gonna transfer to walgreen
Waiting on hold for over an hour. Staff is rude on phone and in person they should try to understand we need prescription for a reaso maybe pain etc. They don't seem to care at all
How they think there Drs and know what's best for you and assume everyone with pain meds is a druggie was told cant get scripts because of rule on my insurance called my insurance (meijers as well) said nope it's there rule once again I didn't asked to have lupus rheumatoid arthritis lung disease guess I'm just lucky
