I stood for 10 minutes at check out and nobody came to help me. I circled the store. No workers anywhere. I went to the pharmacy And they were helping an elderly lady with her medications so I went back up to the front and waited. Still nobody. I couldn’t use the self check out because I wanted to purchase alcohol. I’m not sure how this could happen at 5 PM on a Tuesday. Walked out with nothing.
So I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get the flu shot. Arrived on time and was told the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half even though we had an appointment. Not the fault of staff, looks like they were short staffed and stressed. Just saying, don’t bother making an appointment as the system doesn’t work as planned.

So tired of how rude the pharmacy techs and pharmacist’s are at this store. They act as if they can’t be bothered when you come and pick up your RX and rudely tell you to hold on. It’s never an easy process to pick up your RX either, they always screw up on something and treat you like it’s your fault. If you can’t handle being a pharmacist or tech that’s not our problem. Maybe you should seek a different line of work. Today was the last straw with this store and I will be transferring all my scripts to a different pharmacy.... read more
