Hours are the most insane I've ever seen - no weekends? Lunch is a very odd hour... After that there's customer service - I stuck it out for almost a year - but there's ZERO customer service.. Zero. No one is helpful or friendly - I guess friendly would be a plus, but helpful is supposed to be part of the job???? Correct? There's also the question of stock - they never have any. After asking pharmacist where I can make a complaint she told me there is another CVS pharmacy down the street!!!
Prescriptions were ready when I arrived once I received the text alert! Fast and courteous service!
This has got to be the worst CVS in history. Pharmacy short staffed and can't handle one person in a timely manner and the staff is full of idiots. Can't manage a simple task. Might as well demolish the place and start new.
