On a past visit I was helped by Peter but the girls who were there this morning were terrible. Zero customer service skills. There was an older gentleman waiting in line and they were so rude, especially the one with darker hair, screaming from the other side of the counter. It is understandable when one is hungry, tired or it is almost time to clock out but there are so many ways to address it. Peter is an excellent pharmacist but even the best need help. Please, for the love of everything holy, hire more staff at this location.
I called ahead to warn a friend was picking up my Rx. I had to leave a message when my friend was on the way to CVS. I don't know how long she had to wait for the CVS to pick up the message. Please give customers instructions for how to ask someone to pick up a prescription without having to wait too long at the pharmacy. .
My first time ever using this pharmacy and Peter was great! I left a phone message. He called back promptly. Had to get my Paxlovid prescription transferred from another pharmacy and it was filled and delivered in about 2 hours from start to finish. I feel very grateful. Thanks Peter!
