This is very high rating for this location, the only reason to use the CVS pharmacy because we have been directed to use CVS. This Pharmacy and the staff need a lot of improvement and training, and they close the pharmacy during lunchtime instead of letting the staff go to lunch on shifts; many of the customers take advantage of the lunchtime to pick up their prescriptions; unfortunately, the pharmacy is closed. Went to pickup medication at around 5:20pm, they close at 7pm. They said they had to send it back as I didn’t pickup before (was outside the country). They said they cannot get it ready next 1-2 hours even and not even the following day morning hours. Worst team, harsh too. I went to CVS Kendall and job was done in 15 mins.
Today, Saturday I went to pick up two prescriptions from this CVS location and I found out it was closed all day when I got there. Online it says it is open. It was 2 PM and they did not even have a sign. Even in case of emergency you should contact your customers the same way you contact them when a prescription is ready, by text or email. There were other people there who were scheduled for immunization. Very bad service and waste of my time.
