The waiting line for pick-up was quite long at the end of the day, but the team was able to manage it quite efficiently. Christie was very friendly, attentive and helpful. She is the main reason my experience with CVS was rated very high today.

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot online. I show up at the time given. I talk to the pharmacist. He asks me if I’m Betsy. I say no, but my appointment is right now. He tells me - in a rude tone - that there could be 4 people scheduled for the same time. He says I have to get into a line of about 7 people. I’ve gotten a lot of flu shots in my life. I’ve never had this experience haha. Why would I book an appointment, if it’s absolutely meaningless (i.e. I still have to wait in line).
Terrible experience at this CVS location. I waited over 30 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription, despite the pharmacy not being busy. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. No apologies or efforts to make the situation better. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere—completely unacceptable service.
