I’ve been to this location many times and have never had a problem, but I’m horrified at the treatment received today. A man named Marcus was abrupt and rude to my elderly mother who needed help with her prescription. He cut her off several times even as he was taking her name - I’m assuming he was able to locate her record with just the first few letters, but he was extremely unpleasant about it. Christine is a stellar employee. I came in today, irritable, exhausted, and head throbbing and waiting made it worse. I responded harshly to her inquiry of who was next, she responded professionally and kindly. Grateful for her patience. In the future, if you see a client logged in at patient check in after your long personal conversation at the counter, don’t look at them and disregard their presence and waiting and address the line behind them and ask “who was first?” What you are implying is the person logged in has someh... read more
