I tried calling the pharmacy to see if they had a blood pressure machine because I needed to check my blood pressure. The entire drive from Green Oaks to the pharmacy, I was stuck in AI call attendant voicemail Hell… I couldn’t get through to a human being to find out if they had a blood pressure machine or not. I finally got to the pharmacy, and low and behold, no blood pressure machine… I called Walgreens, unfortunately, they don’t have one either… But at least got through to a person. Worst experience of my life. I am switching my pharmacy. That itself tells all about my experience.
Updating my review to give a shoutout to Chris. No matter how busy they are, she is polite and always ready to help!!!! I had to wait 45 minutes but she was efficient as always. old review: An absolute nightmare to connect over the phone. Need a simple update on a prescription, I need but cannot connect with them. Have to keep going there personally and enquiring. Long lines, understaffed. Would never go here if I did not have to as they closed the other
great team member named Christine, best I ever had. It was my 1st prescription at CVS since I transferred it from Walgreens. She was kind, patient, and guided me through the process . If all your employees are as good as her I will NEVER go back to Walgreens who stopped honoring coupons, and had a different employee every time I went in.
1. CVS does not open until 9 AM. It should open at 7 AM so that people on their way to work can pick up Prescriptions. 2. I have a prescription that CVS and Walmart refuse to fill. I have to go to a mom and pop pharmacy in order to get it filled. That is a pain in the butt. CVS is closer.
