Christine is a stellar employee. I came in today, irritable, exhausted, and head throbbing and waiting made it worse. I responded harshly to her inquiry of who was next, she responded professionally and kindly. Grateful for her patience. I tried calling the pharmacy to see if they had a blood pressure machine because I needed to check my blood pressure. The entire drive from Green Oaks to the pharmacy, I was stuck in AI call attendant voicemail Hell… I couldn’t get through to a human being to find out if they had a blood pressure machine or not. I finally got to the pharmacy, and low and behold, no blood pressure machine… I called Walgreens, unfortunately, they don’t have one either… But at least got through to a person.
