Wow. The single worst experience in customer service EVER. After carefully planning for an Rx (read: the meds are available in very specific dosages), you screwed us for a second time. I get it - not everything runs smoothly - but the complete lack of empathy and assistance from your team is horrific. One word for you CVS: Walgreens. We are done with you.
