Terrible service. Inefficient. Long, long wait time. Inaccurate information.
Because of my work, I have to get my prescriptions filled through CVS. I prefer Walgreens but don’t have that choice. Every time I call CVS Pharmacy, no one answers and I’m on hold for what I believe is an absurd amount of time. 25 minutes the first time, hang up, call back, wait 10 more minutes, hang up, call back, wait 15 more minutes, still no one answers. This is absolutely ridiculous! Can’t refill my prescription because when I went online it said to call the pharmacy. Well, that’s not working! 😡
ABSOLUTE WORST. Rude employees in the pharmacy. They are also incredibly slow & forget to refill prescriptions that were called in days before.
Got my flu shot yesterday . I was in and out ! Quick and easy !
