This guy was so very helpful one night wen i had a runny nosed tired baby and tired myself the Manager William came to my rescue and helped me find the cold n flu right away i was so happy i cried !lol Thank you CVS and thanks for your greatness and being so awesome William!

If I could give it a negative rating, I would. Told it would be thirty minutes on a prescription. Came back to the drive thru after 30 minutes. Waited 15 minutes on the car in front of us to leave. Once at the window, it took another 20 minutes to get someone to actually come to the window to see if we were dropping off or picking up. Then it took them another 10 minutes to get the prescription. Not ever once did they say sorry for the wait or anything. Not a great experience for a person with a sick child in the car.
