RecommendedThis CVS store and pharmacy has been so good to me. They are very personable and friendly. The cashiers at the front and the managers are wonderful to me. Also, the Oriental pharmacist and Amber have so nice to my family and me over the years.
CVS has the worst customer service in the pharmacy department on record. They lost the prescription, found it then refused to fill it! Find another pharmacy this one will give you stress and that is the last thing you need when ill.
I have never been talked to or disrespected as much as I just was by Heather at the CVS by my house. I will not shop there or at any CVS again.
When you pick and choose who you want to give prescriptions to because of who they are or if you knew them personally and you didn't like them, is not medically ethical. The attitude the pharmacist has towards customers is wrong and needs to be evaluated.
