CVS IN LINDENHURST IS WHACK!!! Go to your mom and pop pharmacy ! These people are nuts . And wanna charge you full price even tho you got insurance , then hang up on you when you call them out ! And trust me I’m not that guy but with them... they make you like that
If you’re going to have gender neutral restrooms you need to clean them, have paper products, and locks on the door. Nobody wants to take their children in to that disgusting mess. ...very disappointing!
Went yesterday to get some cold medication for my daughter. We get to the check out line and didn't have a CVS card. We decided to get a CVS card. I don't know if the registers weren't working but it took 5-10 minutes of goofing around to tell us we would not be able to get a CVS card. When we got home we discovered that some of the items were not in the bag. I usually shop at Walgreens but this was on our way home so we stopped. This pharmacy is awful!!!! Pharmacists who don't work with you and apparently unable to count. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
I love the store. But not so much that, its the pharmacy staff that is absolutely awesome. The pharmacist, Loring Krich, goes so far and above, its amazing! She eases my anxiety when my sons anti-epileptic meds aren't approved by insurance, she works tirelessly to make sure they are, and she follows up with me when she has an answer....she's just overall awesome!! CVS, you have a gem of a lady over here! Please ensure she is rewarded accordingly. We switched to this CVS because of her. Thank you!
