One star reflects my experience with their phone service. The system uses a bot that cannot redirect you to a pharmacist regarding a returned call or an insurance issue, which in my case had to be resolved through my employer’s HR. Bots are limited, and there should be an option to speak directly to a human pharmacist. While the service is convenient for refills, it falls short for prescription complications, and playing phone tag is not good customer service.
Kim and Jamie are AMAZING! I hope they get compensated well, because they go above and beyond!
They refused to fill my Rx because I wasn't using them for all my medications.
