Get rid of Cara Sparks she is very rude and told me she couldn't stand me /people like me I am not sure if its my medication or discrimination but u just don't act like she does dealing with people I was leaving out of town for vacation to b back after New Years and she would not fill my medication 9 hrs before the due date and said it had to have that date in the computer and if anyone knows her then they know she don't fill early for nobody.
Just went through pick up window and Lisa covered my debit card with hand sanitizer. If you are that paranoid don't work in customer service please. You could have worn gloves instead of without asking put sanitizer on someone else's property. She then handed back the card laughing about it being so wet from the sanitizer.
they need more help there. waiting 25 minutes to drop off prescription then come back an hour half later and still wait over 30 minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be ready. they must be short handed. please get them some extra help.

Urgent care had sent Rx to other cvs on emory, in halls, even though we specified we needed the 24-hr one since it was late. When i got to the drive through, she realized what had happened and said she would fix it - all i had to do was circle the building and wait in line again, and she had it ready to go! Got my very sick husband started on his meds instead of having to wait til morning. Wonderful people there!
Just wanted to take a few moments and express my APPRECIATION to Casey! You are a great pharmacist. My Dad states that you are the only one that knows how to treat people and CVS is very lucky to have you.
When you tell a customer their prescriptions will be ready at a certain time and then two hours past that time you still dont have them ready then clearly you are a bunch of stupid hilljacks. Hey how about an apology. Then how about letting them know that one isnt covered under their insurance. No u didnt do that either. And the way the game goes.
