Refused to sell me syringes for my compound GLP-1 needs. CVS needs to chat with their pharmacists.
I'm trying to get my prescriptions refilled for my irregular heartbeat. When I call the automated phone number, the robot tells me that I don't have an prescriptions eligible for refills (I need 3 of them). My cardiologist has been attempting to refill my depleted prescriptions for 3 weeks. When my cardiologist office called them directly and spoke with a person they said" yes" his prescriptions are waiting for him . So the automated refill system i(robot) is malfunctionioning . I have been very pleased with CVS pharmacy. Prescriptions are done in a timely manner. It seems the team gets along well and has great customer service. I do especially like the pharmacy manager John. He has always been helpful from prescription issues to technical difficulties with the CVS pharmacy app. which is appreciated.
The staff at pharmacy and Pharmacist are the best.
