Very disheartening experience today. Called the pharmacy with a question about my prescription and Turquoise was very rude. I really hope this review is monitored by the right person. A person with such a the attitude, should not be dealing with patrons that could potentially be sick. You just never know what that could do to someone in an unfortunate situation. Perhaps the stockroom is a more fitting place for her.
It is an excellent pharmacy and the people who work there are very professional and knowledgeable! However, when you call you have to go through five or six different responses and still have to leave a message. This is a ridiculous system. Whose idea was this? We liked it when as soon as the pharmacy answers you could press zero and be connected with a pharmacist. The current system is a ridiculous chore for the consumer!
The person who was checking me out was able to save me money by helping me get a manufacture coupon.
Terrible customer service. Took four hours to fill a two-item prescription, and one of those was an OTC item. Was charged TWICE for my prescription. Employees were more concerned with gossiping than helping customers. Was told I was not in proper place in line. There was no other customer in line. I will not be going back to this place. Everyone working there acted like they didn't want to be there.
My prescription was sent from the ER to CVS. I called the following day only to be told it would be ready the next day. Next day I was told they would have it by 1pm until I got a text saying it’s on back order w no mention when they will have it. This was for a life threatening drug. I’m done w CVS
