So that was how I just went through the drive through Pharmacy and this lady was not just rude but EXTREMELY RUDE....because I came to pick up a prescription and most importantly she was not patient.....she acted like I was waisting her time...
CVS is horrible!! It took two days to get my prescriptions because the girl was putting in the wrong area code. Even if it was my number why couldn’t they find it with my name and birthdate. Then I have a coupon for it and did she run the coupon? NO! And didn’t even tell me she didn’t run it either. One of my prescriptions was a new price so I thought the higher cost was because of that. And just attitude. I’m taking my business to Walgreens.
If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating, I would!!
