I had such a wonderful experience at CVS Pharmacy in Rancho Santa Margarita, and I especially want to recognize Tina. She is absolutely amazing! Tina was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. CVS pharmacy staffs and services are excellent. It is almost no wait time or long line. CSV store is compact that is a plus for picking up stuffs. Staffs are extremely polite. Since I work in RSM, I choose this location as primary that I visit frequently. Cleanliness: might need a bit of improvement that I noticed the over counter merchandises shelving are very dusty. May be a regular wiping schedule could help. Jan 2026
