This is by far THE WORSE PHARMACY I HAVE EVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE! They are never prepared, they never have “waiters” done in a timely fashion. Phone call? Forget about it- you won’t get someone and by the time you do get some to answer the phone they pick up and quickly say “please hold” then promptly have you sit on hold again. Pharmacy manger should be fired... and get someone that knows how to properly manage their pharmacy staff. Ridiculous. *my prescriptions are still not ready*

Worst drive thru in the world. And pharmacy staff is always mad. And they tell you they have a right to be. Haha really ??
Ordered a refill on an epi pen for my son on Monday and they still don't have it and now they tell me I need a new Rx. Apparently I couldn't have been told that the other 3 times I and my husband have called or come by there. I ordered the Rx before it had expired and have the confirmation email to prove it.
Didn't have needed medicine 2nd time in 1 week. I have been using this store for 10 years don't know what is happening to it.
Worst pharmacy service HANDS DOWN! I never come here & just pick up my prescriptions without some sort of wait or problem. This last time a prescription was dropped off, I had to leave it because they could not fill it. I came back & it was still not ready. I was asked to "drive around the building". I did this & even waited before going back to the window. When I pulled back in I was asked to "circle around again". They had the prescriptions for 3 days. This is ridiculous.
