Most useless female cashier at night! Made me feel uncomfortable and not safe because she most certainly was not practicing safe social distancing. She is rude and always miserable. Kept watching me and my mother in law. Why? Because my mother in law is Hispanic? It’s appalling the behavior that was displayed tonight. I absolutely hate going to this location at night and dealing with that nasty woman!
I experienced a total lack of empathy towards the patient. If “Health Care” is the objective, the staff at CVS in uxbridge fall woefully short of the goal!
CVS Uxbridge let my pregnant wife languish in pain for two days with a cyst on her tailbone when the OB sent the prescription pain meds TWICE. Additionally, her anti-nausea meds were filled for 39 when the insurance only covered nine. The solution for the lazy idiots at CVS Uxbridge? COMPLETELY IGNORE US. Then tonight when they were out of the adderall for my prescription, they told me they couldn't transfer it to their OWN store in Northbridge because it's a narcotic. Awful just awful called yesterday at 8 am for 8 presriptions 2 were suppossedly already fill 2 are diabetic testing items so they do need to be filled just pulled off the shelf, so actually 4 only really needed to be filled. Was told that they would be ready at 2 I got there at 5 and they were still not ready. This is an ongoing thing aeful just awful
was here today and I could have given the woman in front of me a standing ovation (oh that is right I was standing!) she blasted the pharmacy out big time. She gave them 10 hrs to fill her Rx and it still was not ready. As a matter of fact 5 people in line complained theirs was not ready either and some gave the pharmacy a whole day to get it done and it was not. One other customer was called and told her Rx was ready and it wasn't! I had moved all mine to mail order and Wal-mart after previous problems with CVS in Uxbridge.... read more
The pharmacy is so incredibly slow. My doctor called in a rx at 2 pm .... I am still waiting at almost 4 pm. (They 'put a rush' on this. I have to wonder how many days it would take if there wasn't a rush??) ridiculous.
