Scheduled flu and COVID vaccines for 6:15. Arrived at 6:10. The people before me left before being seen because they had been waiting a long time and had to be somewhere. Still, I was not seen until 6:50. There's nowhere to sit while you wait. They ended up not having the flu vaccine. They were clearly understaffed and under-supplied. They should have known this and cancelled or updated my appointment. Still, I was able to get the updated 2025-26 COVID vaccine, so I appreciated that.
The staff here are pleasant and attentive, but CVS is just a bad system. It's unbelievably slow and overbearing when it comes down to medication management.
Pharmacist Jeremy has outstanding medical knowledge, communication ability and customer service skills. He answered my questions and solved my issue in a timely manner. Well Done CVS
