I’ve been sick since Sunday. Finally woman’d up and went to the doc Monday (Christmas Eve). By the time I got out, the pharmacy was closed and I couldn’t get my medicine until today (day after Christmas). Today I feel HORRIBLE so I dropped off my prescription to CVS on Garners Ferry Rd at 1:30 and they said it would be ready at 4:30. I have been a repeat customer but it repeatedly is the same every time i come here. Prescriptions constantly not filled in a timely manner. It almost seems as if the policy is " wait until patient shows up complaining before we even consider filing prescription. " sometimes it is hours sometimes it is days . I do not think it is the fault solely of the local employees but cvs as an entity not properly staffing.
