So rude . Pharmacist so rude , technian not replying . Never seen such ridiculous attitude . Resign if you do not know how to respect patients

Interesting that staff here will emphasize how important surveys are when they're polite to you and give you instructions to give them 10-ratings. When they're not printing out surveys, they're incredibly rude and curt. They likely don't need the business so I'll go elsewhere.

I had an appointment for Covid vaccine at 4:30 pm and I reach there at 4:05, there was no other patient other than the staff, but rather taking me in early, they wanted me to come back at 4:30. Really, even when you are taking walk-ins? One staff member who was little polite of all asked me to wait for some time. They gave me a shot at 4:30 :), its ok, but I didn’t like the overall experience she could have politely asked me to wait for sometime rather blunting asking me to come back at 4:30.

The rudest and careless staff I have ever seen. Last week I went there to buy a medication my doctor prescribed. They sold me a medication different from previous and there was no ingredients information on the box. Then I went back there to learn what happened and ask them to give me ingredients info. The lady working there refused to give me ingredients info as printed and she said “It contains whatever your body needs.” rudely.
