The staff do not always full fill the request. We have to make multiple trips to get our medicines. Or go to a different pharmacy if they run out. Ex: refill available for 4 meds in the app but pharmacist only hands you over 1 (they are not sure). If you are picking up for someone else then you wouldn’t know and come back to get the remaining. Not all the time they have all meds available. Sometimes they run out of it but do not notify us until we get there to pick it. Otherwise, great location. Hope this can be improved.
Marjan consistently provides excellent customer service. Every time I come in to pick up prescriptions for my parents and myself, she greets me with a big smile and a friendly attitude. Our prescriptions are always ready, or they’re filled with a very short wait—usually under 15 minutes. Her kindness and genuinely caring attitude truly stood out. This 5-star is for Shu. She’s very responsible, went above and beyond. Previously other pharmacists had given wrong numbers of rx medications at this cvs. Shu completely changed the bad image here. Also had vaccines here before, they were nice and professional. The location is very convenient too.
CVS Pharmacy Bishop Ranch Target Branch is a very good service and very helpful people, everything is not right, there is no problem of any kind.
