The woman, Lori, that works in the pharmacy Drive thru is the rudest most inhuman customer service rep I have ever encountered. She has no people skills, is short, and is very disrespectful. This evening was the 2nd time in 2 days I was waited on by her. And even after the complaint I made yesterday she still mistreated me today. Same type of service as yesterday.
