The pharmacist in your store should be banned from talking to customers. I went there on the 18th of the month. The nice young lady was ringing up my order at the drive thru. He comes over and say's. Yeah well up sir you cant be here on your bicycle in the drive thru. All the while pointing at me and my bike with his arm swinging back and forth . I understand your employees are trying to protect themselves during this pandemic, but its disgusting when they keep the same pair of gloves on between every customer at the checkout counter. They're basically spreading god knows what germs to everything they touch and to every customer. I seen this on 2 different occasions and not once did they change gloves or hand sanitizer the gloves at a minimum. Im a emergency department nurse and I live and work in town. I visited the store around 11pm almost midnight looking desperately for specific soaps and lotions and creams for my new tattoo as I am new at all of this and I receive EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was helped by Joe and another lady who was working the overnight shift on October 23/24th and they went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed and I truly felt like they cared about what my needs were and they even educated me on products that they would recommend and wouldn't. It takes way too long to get prescriptions filled. Totally unorganized it seems. I waited an hour after it was sent to them by our Dr and still had to wait another 1/2 hour there. Ridiculous and uncalled for. There were at least 5 people in the pharmacy also. Hate that I have to go there. The tech who rang me out was very nice but the pharmacists were miserable.
The pharmacy crew are amazing and they actually take the time to answer your questions regarding your prescribed medications and are very helpful with OTC meds also! The front end crew are always helpful also!
